Brief Answer:
Inflammation of femoral joint possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the blood reports you attached and the white blood cells are elevated as well as neutophyls. This sounds like bacterial infection.
I don't think that FND can cause elevated white blood cell count. It can cause muscle pain and fatigue but not changes in blood.
The hip joints are normal except the flattering that show inflammation.
The elevated white blood cells and flattering may show inflammation of femoral joint but not other problem. The joints are enlocated which means they are on their place.
visit a rheumatologist.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Okay thank you, I’m meant to be seeing a pain specialist for the first time on Wednesday do I bring up my constant elevated blood cells? I didn’t know imflammation can cause that so thank you for clarifying that, I’m kind of nervous knowing there is something actually wrong with my hip now, what does the avascular necrosis actually mean for me with my hip if your able to explain? I’m nervous about my appointment is all as nothing has been said to me, or what to expect at the appointment or what that with my hip even means

Brief Answer:
Visit a rheumatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Avascular necrosis usually happens when blood vessels that supply the bone parts are damaged causing the necrosis. Pain is the main symptom and difficulty moving. I can advice you to visit a rheumatologist rather than pain specialist and show the blood tests.
If the rheumatologist suspects hip necrosis you may need to do an MRI.
