Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

I passed carefully through your blood lipid profile and it seems to be perfect. You have no dyslipidemia and no increased cardiovascular risk related to your blood lipid profile.

Regarding the intermittent pain in your arm and jaw I believe that it must be a musculoskeletal pain. I would not exclude fibromyalgia.

But, as a cardiologist, based on your description of the pain and past performed cardiac tests, I would exclude any possible cardiac disorders.

So try to relax and don't worry too much about it!

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

This type of pain is typical musculoskeletal.

For this reason, there is no reason to panic.

Cardiac chest pain is far more different. For this reason, I would exclude any cardiac issues.

So try to relax and don't worry about it!

There is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

With a nice weekend,

Brief Answer:
I agree with you.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I think that tylenol and applying a pain gel or warm packs locally would really help improve your situation.

Some rest would help too.

Let me know about everything!
