Brief Answer:
if no further change, liver should continue to work adequately

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The normal ranges can vary slightly from one lab to the next because of variation in lab technique and population but in general, the normal alkaline phosphatase range is approximately 20 to 140 IU/L (some labs quote 50 to 100 IU/L), AST 10 to 40 IU/L (some labs quote 6 to 34 IU/L )and ALT 7 to 56 IU/L.

Your lab may have different ranges

It is possible that you may not have any further changes in the liver function and it would not affect your quality of life.
At the current values, your liver would still continue to function but the cause of the changes should be found so that they can be stopped.

Testosterone is one cause of liver disease. Other causes include: (1)trauma to the liver,
(2) alcohol use,
(3)other medication
(4)non alcoholic fatty liver disease (diet, decreased activity and any excess weight)
(5)infection
(6)structural cause eg a lesion in the liver

The ultrasound would check for any structural change.

As stated if there is no further changes, your liver should continue to work adequately

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
