I think you can find an shampoo against dandruff that contains pirithione zinc which is anti fungal and anti bacterial. You can take a shampoo such head & shoulders, XXXXXXX dandruff relief 2in1 which contains it.
Also you can find a shampoo tar based such Neurogena T /gel or containing salicylic acid such neutrogena T/sal.
If these still don't control it you can use ketoconazole shampoo such Nizoral found over the counter

You can use the shampoo every day and then reduce usage to 3-2 times a week.
