Brief Answer:
The risk of HIV is very unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome to HCM.

If you had protected sex with touching of vaginal fluid on tip of penis than there is no risk of HIV. The WBC count variation is usual but not specific for HIV and the Duos test after 27 days of exposure is also negative then you need not to worry much as the risk is very unlikely in your case. Be relaxed and get back to me again for any further query.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
It is not related to HIV only.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.

High WBC count with variations in Lymphocytes as well as Neutrophils is not only related to HIV because it might be due to some other reason also so don't get feared about HIV. Just calm down, forget about the episode and live your life normally. For any further query feel free to ask me.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
WBC changes will occur with any infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome to HCM once again.

The variation in WBC count is common in any type of infection whether bacterial or viral including HIV so you are true that in acute HIV infection WBC will change. Allay the fear or anxiety of having HIV and don't think much because you are not at risk.

Brief Answer:
In my knowledge WBC will be on higher side in infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

As per my experience and knowledge WBC will be usually on higher side in case of any infection but whatever the situation is you are not at risk of HIV so avoid thinking too much and live your life normally. If still you have any question feel free to ask me again.
