Brief Answer:
Risk of exceeding dose in hafazard doses.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Tejaswiburgoju,
Thanks for the query.I understand your query.
Your baby has been treated Allergy with secondary infection as a cause of fever.Baby is still very small... I see risk of increasing recommended dose of fever medicine while adding up different drugs &giving them hafazardly ...according to symptoms.
Paracetamol is basic drug for fever control..&is to be given while infection &allergy are controlled by remaing drugs & rise of temperature stops automatically
* So I would suggest to stop Ibuprofen &Metal syrups &Start giving Syrup Paracetamol. Calculate the exact dose needed for the baby according to body weight.(15 mg per kg of weight),divide the calculated dose in 4equal parts.&give it exactly 6 hourly... till there is no fever for 36 hours.
-Let the baby take rest
-keep her well hydrated &nourished.
-Drape her well on case of shivering
-Give cold Sponge in case of high grade fever.
*continue with Moxclav &Lukast c as recommended.
**Take the baby to doctor...to the doctor for change of doses /brand of antibiotic&antiallergic medicine in case,
-The temperature is not controlled in 2 more days.
-Temprature does not drop drop with paracetamol,
-The symptoms aggravate in spite of treatment.
I hope that helps.Any follow up query is welcome. thanks

Brief Answer:
Continue the treatment advised..provided fever does not rise again.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX burgoju,
Thanks for follow up query.
While paracetamol is a specific drug for fever.. Ibuprofen & Metal are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs...they too help in lowering pain & fever, when it originates from inflammation.
The lowered temperature in your baby indicates effectiveness of drugs. That is why her doctor has continued the same drug regiem.
* Mostly fever takes 2-3 days to recede.Continue with the care suggested above &the drugs .Go for review whenever asked for. ..till baby is normal.
** Babies can develop skin rashes while having fever the doctor has added with Atarax for the same.Mostly the rash fades away over few days....but in case the rash increases OR fever rises again you need to take the baby to her pediatrician for advise in change of medicines/dosage of medicines .
I hope that answers your query.
Thanks.
