Mrs XXXXXXX is conducting health check up every year & everytime in ECC doctors find some changes & they advise ECHO reports. ECHO report is normal as suggested by Doctor. Doctor has advised to walk.

These ecg changes could be due to two reasons
1. Ischemia
2. Non specific t wave inversions
As her ecg is showing these changes every time and also the resting echo is coming to be normal all the time so further evaluation is must to rule out underlying coronary disease.
An angiogram or stress echocardiogram is advisable the complete evaluation.
