Do answer the below queries regarding our health so I may answer yours

Detailed Answer:
Hello Hsiddiqui,

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

So you are feeing breathless now for last 2 months. Since you have not given more details about your condition, I would like to know-

Is this the first time you are having such a symptom or you have experienced it earlier also?

Is the breathlessness continuous or intermittent or is it aggravated if you are in a dutsy or smoky environment? Is there a wheezy sound while you are breathing?

Do you have any known allergies or any family history of asthma/allergy?

Have you suffered from any respiratory infection in the recent past, like before onset of shortness of breath?

Are you a smoker or any substance abuse?

Are you of an anxious temperament?

Do answer the above queries so that I may answer your question.

In the meanwhile, you may take a tablet of montair lc and do some nebulization with levolin respules. Deep breathing exercises and yoga/meditation may help.

Take care.

Hi,

Thanks for your revert.

Below is my answer to your question.

Is this the first time you are having such a symptom or you have experienced it earlier also?
Ans: Yes, I experienced many times in the last 2 years. When I experience this I take electro powder in 1 ltr bottle and drink, for that period of time I get relieved.

Is the breathlessness continuous or intermittent or is it aggravated if you are in a dusty or smoky environment? Is there a wheezy sound while you are breathing?
Ans: I had never noticed the dusty and smoky environment. And there's no sound.

Do you have any known allergies or any family history of asthma/allergy?
Ans: Yes I do have an allergy. I don't know the exact name but in summer I get red rashes on my full body and I have to take Avil 25 or other medicine.

Have you suffered from any respiratory infection in the recent past, like before the onset of shortness of breath?
No, Nothing

Are you a smoker or any substance abuse?
No

Are you of an anxious temperament?
Yes, But not that hyper.

Brief Answer:
Looks like allergy/mild asthma

Detailed Answer:

Thanks for your answers to my queries.

Having gone through your answers, I am of the opinion that it could be allergy and mild asthma.

Continue montair lc and take an aerocort inhaler, 2 puffs twice a day. Please follow the correct technique of taking puffs as given in the pamphlets or go to a pulmonologist in your area so that he can give you a prescription and also explain the technique of inhalation. You may add a pan 40 tablet as sometimes acidity/gaseous distension of stomach may aggravate the shortness of breath.

Eat healthy meals freshly prepared, avoid junk food, juices and acidic colas, cold water, dust and smoke.

Do deep breathing exercises, they really help and do some meditation.

Take care
