Brief Answer:
ICSI treatment advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about semen analysis of your husband.
Unfortunately none of the medication are very helpful for low semen parameters. Medicines you have been prescribed are empirical and not promising to improve Sperm count.
Looking at history and parameters I advise ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) treatment.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
