I have a some sexual fetishes, which I would like to know are safe medically.
I am into female domination BDSM (I am a male).

However, I think you misunderstood the question.

Question is this:
I get sexually aroused by female domination and hence we practice face farting, i.e. passing the gas from her anus directly into my mouth or nose. She does this by sitting on top of my face.

Is this activity safe or not.
