Hello

After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that as your sugar levels are not very high and with strict lifestyle modifications and weight loss your sugar levels can be brought within normal limits however it’s advisable that you should start taking anti diabetic medication as prescribed by a doctor along with healthy lifestyle modifications because that will help you achieve weight reduction as well as sugar control easily and in a shorter span of time. Later on once you achieve weight loss and your sugar level stabilises you can slowly taper off the medication under medical supervision.

Regarding Concor I would like to know about your average BP reading so kindly tell me about your average BP. No it’s not advisable to take Concor 20 MG and conquer AM 5MG at same time.

Kind Regards

My BP normally 130/85 if I will take everyday Concor 5 AM ( everyday morning ) . If I will not take tablets then it would be 150/95 . Last 5 years I am on concor 5 am . Would you like to prescribe tablets for high cholesterol LDL ? or I can control High cholesterol LDL by diet modification and life style modification ?

Hello again

Detailed Answer:
If your bp is under control with concor am 5 then I think you can continue with same after discussing this with your doctor.

No your lipid profile is not that much deranged that you should start medication for that. Strict healthy lifestyle routine will be enough to bring it within normal range.

Kind Regards
