Question: Hello Doctor,
I am having acidity and headaches frequently ( 3-4 times in a week).
Even after normal daily food, there is acid formation and burping.
Sometimes it becomes worse and I vomit.
I am a vegetarian and follow normal rice, roti,dal,sabzi diet. I don't smoke or drink. I drink tea 4 times a day. 
I have tried the Pan-d tablet but there is not any improvement.  After vomiting only I get some relief if the condition is severe. Otherwise, on normal days I feel like having acidity and also there is continued burping.
Other family members are consuming the same food. they are not having any such issue.

Try following things and see how you feel.
1 ensure adequate sleep at least for 8 hrs at. Stretch
2 go for regular walk
3 keep use of XXXXXXX tv or computer to minimum possible
4 exercise regularly
5 try some yoga meditation if possible
6 reduce tea coffee dark chocolate intake
7 avoid sleeping 2 hr after meals
8 take Pantocid 40 once a day for 20 days
9 take 2 tablets of paracetamol immediately after headache starts
If still having symptoms worthwhile consulting neurologist once too.
