Question: Hello. Can IRBBB go away on it’s own. Cardiologist said it’s not true irbbb. But can it go away? Also can medications cause irbbb. I was taking Citalopram at this time and wondering if that could affect it. QRS was 109. He doesn’t seem concerned so I shouldn’t be. Hopefully you can ease my mind. Also said inverted T wave. This any cause for concern?

So the ekg looks good? Can I continue my Citalopram. I’m taking propranolol and heard that it interacts with rbbb.

My cardiologist said doesn’t meet criteria. It’s normal ekg. Said everything looks fine and not to worry. Just have trouble accepting it when the report says irbbb.

Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Yes your cardiologist is right and your ecg doesn’t let the criteria for rbbb. Automated ecg machine interpretation which comes printed on ecg are commonly misinterpreted, so don’t go with that.

Your anxiety levels are quite high so I would suggest you to personal consult a psychologist as multidisciplinary approach will be required to properly manage your anxiety levels.

Kind Regards

What could be causing extreme pain left shoulder blade down my arm. It comes and goes and flares up when I’m stressed . I’ve had my heart checked. Ekg is normal. What could it be? Can anxiety on it’s own cause arm pain?
