Here are a few possible explanations for your symptoms:

1. Dehydration: Inadequate fluid intake can lead to symptoms like lightheadedness and headaches. Ensure you're drinking enough water throughout the day, especially if you've been exposed to hot weather or engaged in physical activity.

2. Sinus congestion: A feeling of heaviness in the forehead and face, accompanied by lightheadedness, could be related to sinus congestion or a sinus headache. This can occur due to allergies, a sinus infection, or other nasal conditions. You may try using saline nasal sprays or taking over-the-counter decongestants to relieve the symptoms.

3. Tension headache: Stress, muscle tension, or poor posture can contribute to tension headaches. These headaches often cause a sensation of pressure or tightness in the forehead and can be accompanied by lightheadedness. Applying a warm compress to the forehead, practicing relaxation techniques, and ensuring good posture may provide some relief.

4. Other causes: There could be other potential causes for your symptoms, such as medication side effects, viral infections, or migraines.
