my right arm aches and throbs from my shoulder all the way down to my fingers non stop whats wrong?

From the details that you have shared it seems that there is some compression of nerve in neck region. When ever a nerve is compressed it can give rise to such kind of problem.
The reason for nerve compression could be:
Bad posture
Some minor injury
Over work or stress on that part
Please do following which should help:
Take analgesic for pain that you are comfortable with
Avoid lifting heavy weight
Avoid taking big pillow or more then one medium sized pillow
Apply local analgesic cream.
Please visit a doctor for further examination and treatment.
