Have lower abdominal pain after sex that has last 10 hours and leading to right shoulder pain.
Abdominal pain after sex happened once in the last year and a half.
The shoulder pain happened 1-3 hours after abdominal pain
Have had some gas but not a lot.
No fever but feel weak.
Some on and off pain in upper right abs, mostly when breathing out.
No history of gallstones or pancreatitis.
No other symptoms.

The commonest cause of pain in lower, right upper abdomen, referred to right shoulder and gases is gallbladder inflammation.
The inflammation spreads to pelvic cavity hence one gets lower abdominal pain too.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Go to ER, have clinical examination and Ultrasonography of whole abdomen and pelvis so that a proper diagnosis is made.
Tests of blood, urine and stool will support the diagnosis.
If the lower abdominal pain persists and there is no gallbladder problem then PID that is pelvic inflammatory disease can be the reason; per-vaginal examination by a Gynecologist will be helpful to confirm or rule this out.
Once the diagnosis is proper then the management will be as per the exact cause found.
Please give feedback once the clinical evaluation and investigations are done.
