Have a red/bruising line along lower lip after CPR training. Could be due to CPR ?

Question
I did CPR training today and now have a red/bruising line along my lower lip. Could this have been caused by the CPR???

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
As CPR training includes mouth to mouth breathing training, it is quite likely that your lips got bruised in the process. This can be expected to heal on its own and there is nothing you need to worry about.
