Regarding hair fall

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern

Hair fall call be due to multiple causes. Since you have a history of PCOS therefore, that could be a cause in your case. Patients with PCOS experience thinning and loss of hair, mainly from the frontal scalp and crown of the scalp. Treatment is that of PCOS which consists of Oral contraceptive pills along with Oral antiandrogens like Finasteride and Spironolactone. Metformin is also an option as it helps regularize hormones. In addition to these you may use topical Minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily on dry scalp, to promote hair growth. These are all prescription medications and are to be taken under supervision and follow up of the treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance
