Brief Answer:
Testing needed urgently

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please let me know since when you are having these symptoms. Also let me know where exactly is chest pain, does it radiate to any other body part and how bad is the pain. Do you have any past history of any medical condition? Have you tried any medicines?

I will suggest that you urgently get test done like ECG, Chest X-Ray and complete blood count.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
ECH was urgently needed which is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thanks for reverting back.

ECG was urgently needed and it has come back normal. Although a stress echo will confirm.
But before that we can go for chest XRay PA view and complete blood count, thyroid profile, liver function test and kidney function test to find any other cause of fatigue like lung problems, anemia, thyroid problems, or liver or kidney problem.
