Felt Little Uncomfortably In Stomach Last Evening. Post Which Took
Question: Felt little uncomfortably in stomach last evening. Post which took a unienzyme and slept for an hour. Woke up to realise had picked up fever. It has been ranging between 100-102 with body pain. Fever goes down after Dolo but picks up again in 4-5 hours. Do I need to take any antibiotic for this
