Question: I'm having fever from last 4-5 days even after taking medicine it doesn't go away and I'm having pain in my joints and body pain, I feel extremely weak nowadays my throat is fully choked I'm gargling with salt water ,,please suggest me what to do further

, C reactive protein , widal test, urine routine analysis done.
