Since how many days you are facing this issue? Your age? Any other health conditions?

Muscle aches could be due to many reasons. Like physical stress/sedentary lifestyle/other medical conditions like thyroid, diabetes/ deficiency of vitamins.

For pain, you can take Paracetamol 650mg.
