Brief Answer:
may be peripheral neuropathy with muscle sprain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be peripheral neuropathy with muscle strain. Firstly avoid lifting heavy weights.
Please let me know that do you have history of increased thirst, increased micturition frequency, burning pain over limbs?

To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do MRI lumbar spine, nerve conduction study, blood investigations including B12 level with fasting and postprandial blood sugar level after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.

Till then you can take tab. motrin 400 mg every 6 hourly. Apply Diclofenac gel or spray with heat pads locally.

You may also require combination of tab. pregabalin 75 mg and nortriptylin 10 mg after consultation. Dosage titration may require as per response.

As per many studies, tab. contrave and tab. lisinopril do not show such side effects.

Let me know I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale.
