Is a married woman exposed to the risk of Cervical Cancer? If yes, is the risk mitigated by the HPV Vaccine?
Is it effective for lifetime or its for a while & needs some booster shots in future?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Ideally should be taken once the woman becomes sexually active, so it is recommended for married women. also its provides lifetime immunity and doesn't need a booster. The regimen for cervarix vaccine is 0, 1 AND 6TH MONTH dose. For gardasil = 0,2 AND 6TH MONTH dose ( 3 doses in all).
