Enlarged Prostate. CT Scan Revealed Thickening Of Bladder With Tumor. Chances Of Cancer?

Question: Thanks for your response...
Sorry we left out the details. Enlarged prostate, inflammed, result - urinary retention (duration about 24 hours). ER put in a cathether but elevated level of something in kidney held me in hospital two days. CT scan revealed a thickening in bladder wall near base. DRE revealed according to the Urologist, a tumor the size of a buick. said over 120 gr. Immediately scheduled a surgery for a biopsey. I refused. I will skip the "politics" of my reasons. But am left with not knowing what if anything is wrong. The inflammation of the prostate had happened before with the same sudden blockage. Treated it by parasite and heavy metal cleanse. Flow following that was exceptional. I have had prostate problems for a while and the flow after the cleanse was two to three times what was happening.
My latest doctor's visit directed me back to a urologist to see what exactly was going on in the bladder. This is a circular argument - I think invasive diagnostic exams are problematic and pose a risk that I am not wanting to add to my troubles.
The question posed is do you know or are you aware of diagnostic devices or procedures that are not expensive but can pinpoint or reveal the location of the "cancer". We do not have insurance so even the conventional treatments are out of reach for us.
I have heard of a test called AMAS that will tell you the presence of markers, but isn't sophisticated enough to place the site of the cancer. I have located a $400 test but there is another $100 for the local lab to draw the blood.
So the question isn't so much as the malady but locating a place that is capable of identifying the tumor location and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
Thanks again

Hi,
AMAS is Anti-malignin antibody is serum.
It is used to detect the anticancer antibody.
It is useful in detecting the early stage cancer.
But as you said it not useful to locate the exact location of the cancer.
You can go for either CT scan or MRI to detect the exact location of the tumor.
Best option is ultrasound guided biopsy.
Usually it is minimally invasive but will give conformational evidence.
So as your doctor suggested better to choose this option as much as possible.
