Brief Answer:
See below!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this question.

1. I have seen the attached reports. 2 in number but same content.

2. Your blood glucose/Glycated hemoglobin(for diabetes is all normal). The iron studies are also normal as well as your thyroid function. Your blood counts are all normal as well.

3. Your triglycerides and HDL are not optimal. This may represent an increased risk for heart disease. However, this is only minimally out of normal range. For now, I will recommend exercise and low fat containing diets. This will help get the numbers better. LDL cholesterol which portends the greatest risk is normal and thus offers more reassurance that we are safe.

4. Your vitamin B12 seems to be on the low side, However, this is not low enough to have caused any consequences as suggested by the normal red cells volume. I will encourage you to increase consumption of vitamin B12 containing foods such as eggs, liver, beef, chicken, etc. If you are a vegan, you may want to buy supplements and take directly. There is however no urgency as there are no markers suggestive of deficiencies at this time.

5. There are no other abnormalities reported.

6. The ultrasounds reports no abnormalities. However, the appendix was not identified but every other structure identified showed no abnormalities.

I hope this addresses your query fully. Feel free to follow up on any aspect you wish to obtain more details on that I may not have extensively commented on.

Until next, I wish you well.
