Brief Answer:
Multiple myeloma

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
To confirm it we need to have a bone marrow examination report. The fish and immunogenitic study are useful in making out the types and aggressiveness of the disease. If there are no raised globulins in your blood and have no other symptoms you can consider smouldering type of myeloma needing no active treatment at the moment.

I attached the FISH report already. Do you mean there is supposed to be another report? Or did you not see the FISH?
Thank You!

Brief Answer:
Multiple myeloma.

Detailed Answer:
Dear, The fish reports are negative for myeloma. There is mild increase in light chain proteins. It is gamopathy of insignificance. unless confirmed by Bone Marrow Examination it cannot be labelled as multiple myeloma. you do not need any specific treatment but a conservative treatment to prevent kidney involvement.
