Question: I am currently taking Warfrain for A Fib. I would like to take Essiac Tea Organic Blend which has Organic Burdock Root, Organic Sheep Sorrel, Organic (Turkey) Rhubarp Root and Organic Slippery Elm Bark. Are there any reasons that I can't take these together?

Thank You

Brief Answer:
not known to interact

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Warfarin can interact with a number of traditional medications and herbs.

There are some herbs that cause problems with warfarin but none of the herbs above are listed.

Examples of herbs that can potentially cause problems in some persons if used in excess include: ginseng, XXXXXXX root, anise, ginger, celery, horse chestnut, chamomile, red clover , rue , willow bark and quassia
These are some of them but your herbs are not known to cause problems.

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
