Brief Answer:
Papilloma of uvula

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
Seems like it is a papilloma of the uvula. It can be easily removed with either electrocautery or laser ablation.

Regards

So you don’t think it’s cancer or anything that is of immediate concern? It’s not bothering me, so do I have to have it removed?

Brief Answer:
Papilloma

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I'd suggest you get it removed. Though, it is not an emergency. Uvula papilloma is an HPV infection. It may grow further and cause symptoms. Rarely, these may transform into cancer.
