Yes. Puberty can cause growing pains in the back also. This can be related to muscle stiffness or overuse also. You also need to get your serum calcium and vitamin D3 levels evaluated and start with supplements in case there is any deficiency. Do increase your electrolytes rich fluid intake and do regular back stretching exercises to help it.
