Brief Answer:
No problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
There is no problem in marrying or conceiving if the wife has positive blood group and the husband has negative blood group.
There is no adverse effect on the child or the mother.
However, if the mother has negative blood group and father has positive blood group, then problems can arise in pregnancy and baby.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
