Posted on Mon, 24 Sep 2018
Question: I've got a dull, minor headache, a little flush, kind of jittery and my blood pressure was up. It's happened before and after awhile tends to go away, but I don't know what's happening.

Brief Answer:
symptoms are related to the high blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the high blood pressure.
Do you take already medicines for high blood pressure?
In my experience some of the common symptoms related to high blood pressure are headache, nausea, dizziness and flush on the face.

I suggest you to do a regular check of blood pressure at home.
I also suggest you to do some examinations like :
-An electrocardiogram
-Blood test and lipidogram test
-A stress test,
-An echocardiography and
-A visit to a cardiologist to check the cardiac situation.

Meanwhile I suggest you to:
-low sodium intake
-Reduce your weight if you are overweight.
-Take low sodium diet
-Eat healthy
-Do exercises
