Brief Answer:
no known interactions

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The name of the oral contraceptive is not mentioned but in general there is no interaction between prozac and most oral contraceptives.
You can consider mentioning the name of the oral contraceptive in a follow up question.

The time of day that you use the medication does not matter once you use it consistently around the same time.

If you find that using it affects your sleep (difficulty sleeping), then you should use it in the morning.
If you find that it makes you sleeping, then you should take it in the evenings.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

should speak to your doctor to see if they can be changed

Detailed Answer:
HI

If it is not agreeing with you and you do not think that the symptoms are related to anxiety and/or depression, then you should definitely speak to your doctor to see if they can be changed to something that may work better for you
