Brief Answer:
none documented...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

piracetam, the active ingredient of Neurocet, has very few documented side effects. None of them involves the kidneys and the liver. When a patient has reduced glomerular filtration rate (GFR) though, that is reduced renal functionality, the dose of piracetam should be modified accordingly.

I hope this answers your question. Please don't hesitate to contact me again, if you'd like any clarification or further information.

Kind Regards!
