Brief Answer:
Let's solve this problem in the best way possible.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I'll help you out with this problem.

Let's see what we can do...

1. The fact is that Naltrexone merely removes the pleasure ("the high"), that
alcohol gives. So she'll drink even more to get the "high".
2. We want a permanent solution to this problem that keeps repeating itself.
3. I would strongly recommend that you dial the Alchoholics Anonymous support group. There are no fees. They are not affiliated with any political party or religion.
4. They do not give any drugs. There are no hidden costs.
5. All your step daughter needs is a sincere desire to stop drinking.
6. No alchoholic "likes" to drink. They are helpless against a craving beyond
their control. Please understand that it is not your step daughters fault.
She is not doing this on purpose.
7. AA has meetings all through the week 24x7x365xlife. Monday to sunday.
8. She has to attend a meeting everyday for a minimum of 3 months.
9. This is called "90 in 90".
10. Let me inform you that more than 2/3rds of alchoholics stop drinking forever
on attending these meetings, the first time around. This is a fact.
11. Naltrexone, Disulfiram and a lot of other interesting drugs are openly sold on the internet, it's a google away to find such stores, and get a delivery to
your doorstep.
12. When a person develops an addiction, at least 14 other people suffer with him or her.

I am personally interested in this case.
You are free to contact me.
If you disagree with me, it is OK, please send a message to me, I'd like
your opinion too.

Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
