I put all 5 of the medications into the Lexicomp Drug Interaction data base - which is a reliable data base.

I put in that the Ventolin was HFA (an inhaler) and that the lisinopril was straight lisinopril without anything else (no hydrochlorothiazide - which some preparations of lisinopril include).

There were no significant interactions with Juluca. The only thing that came up for interactions with Juluca is that Juluca as well as Symbicort and Ventolin all have a slight risk of prolonging the time between the heart beat and recovery phase of the heart (called Q-T interval) but the professional information on this (which I can copy and paste if you are interested) stated that this action was considered minor and that no changes needed to be made on this basis. Juluca is considered compatible.

I looked up the interaction between Juluca and Genvoya and there is the potential for negative interaction between these two, but there isn't an absolute contraindication to taking them together. It would require monitoring though. So if, in the future, you find that you need to take both, it can be done, but with caution.

Discussion:
The rilpivirine AUC was increased by an average of 1.5- to 2.3-fold when used together with the strong CYP3A4 inhibitors lopinavir/ritonavir, darunavir/ritonavir, ketoconazole, or telaprevir. The rilpivirine prescribing information states that despite these reported increases in rilpivirine concentrations, no dose adjustments are necessary. The lone exception to this, according to the prescribing information are the macrolide antibiotics (i.e., clarithromycin, erythromycin, and telithromycin), for which it is recommended to consider alternatives such as azithromycin when possible.

The likely mechanism for these interactions is inhibition of the CYP3A-mediated metabolism of rilpivirine.
