Brief Answer:
No it does not contain glucose

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

No GaviLyte - C does not contain glucose. It has electrolytes and polyethylene glycol to help clean out your bowel and replace lost electrolytes in preparation for a colonoscopy.
I recommend contacting your doctor right away. Please have someone with you and have something to eat.the procedure may need to be postponed.

Please have some sugar right under your tongue. This enables quicker absorption and relieves your symptoms. This way you won't interfere with your bowels before a colonoscopy.

Hope this helps and that you feel better.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
