This is symptom of anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Having anxiety is the worst thing in causation of symptoms and can lead to any sort of symptoms which includes brain tumour. AS per available data most brain tumours are asymptomatic and almost never causes anxiety. Infact the presenting complaint is headache if any. The tightness around head and feeling dizzy is not the symptom of brain tumour.
Secondly brain tumours are extremity rare at 30 years of age.

In my view with control of anxiety you will feel better.

I am also of the opinion that you need to follow stress management and do the deep breathing exercise.

I hope this helps you.
If yo have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
