Brief Answer:
If recent and venomous bite, is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Most of spider bites are harmless and cause only minimal local symptoms such skin redness, itching and small blistering.

Only few spider bites are venomous ( black widow, wolf spider, brown recluse etc.) can cause more extended tissue damage such necrosis. If necrosis extends to brain, then brain damage is possible.
Otherwise, neurological symptoms such headaches, irritability, lethargy, muscular pains, fasciculations, are possible only in first hours and days after the bite.

It is necessary to know from how long are these symptoms going on.

Usually symptoms after spider bites subside in a week or little more with or without medical treatment.

So, if the threatening outbursts are accompanied by other symptoms mentioned above, and started immediately after the bite, it is possible to be related to spider venom ( if the spider was a venomous one).

Medical and psychological evaluation is needed to identify correctly the cause.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Greetings.
