You are suffering from Tuberculoma and seizures after going through your reports the answers of your questions are-


-The prognosis is good there is no change in MRI, The lesion is inactive.
There is no oedema or reactive changes that means the lesions are inactive.

- As the disease is in active , you can only develop complications of antiepileptic drugs.
