Hello

After Reviewing the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ECG with no significant STT changes.

However there are T wave inversions in leads v1 and v2 which although could be non-specific in females but should be evaluated. Also as she is past 60 an echocardiogram is advisable.
