After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart rate but there are slight STT changes in the lateral leads and T wave inversions.
Although there are no comorbidities as per you but considering the age group it’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done.
