One of my relatives daughter has undergone surgery for Trans esophageal fistula in 2016. Kindly let us know of the child will have normal life now or there will be some complications in future or what care is to be taken. Documents attached for reference.

Hi...from this it looks like a successful surgery and I do not see any reason to get scared and the kid can have a normal life provided she is not having any failure to thrive or any developmental delay or seizures as of now.
if she is having recurrent aspirations and recurrent lung infections or pneumonia then she will require further evaluation please.
