Question: Dear Dr. I am male aged 45 yrs height 170cm weight 75 kg from XXXXXXX Doctor for couple of months I am facing a problem of nknown nervousness with panic attack with unknown Sad feeling through out day 24x7x365. As far as exercise is concerned i am doing daily physical exercise along with breathing exercises and analyse every day why it is happeni g. Also when thete is social gathering am unable to express my facial feelings freely, unable to talk becoz of this after that i am feeling sad. It is a vicious circle. One day i get nervousness with panic attacks another day sad feeling. My sleep and appetite perfectly alright.
MY REQUEST IS PRESCRIBE GOOD MEDICINE FOR OVERCOME SAD FEELING, FEELING NERVOUSNESS WITH PANIC ATTACKS AND FOR SOCIAL ANXIETY. ALSO TELL ME WHAT PROBLEM I AM FACING.
KINDLY PRESCRIBE good medicine. I am alone in XXXXXXX with my family and am a central government employee. My cousin who takes consultancy with this portal go for therapy. Due to pandemic everything is close here. But I am not interested presently for therapy. zKindly suggest medicine and what is my problem.

As per your description it seems like you are suffering from severe anxiety disorder or panic attacks.
Proper treatment is required and anti anxiety pills must be stated. You have to consult a psychiatrist because these drugs and strictly prescription drugs and you will not get it as over the counter.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

Dr I have written becoz kindly prescribe the medicines. Now i am not in a position to go to psychiatrist. Kindly entrust this question to psychiatrist so that he will prescribe medicines to me. Please dont delay in giving andwer. I am a Member of this plates since 2015. Kindly talk to psychiatrist and prescribe medicines as i have to continue treatment from this platform only

Dear Dr Dnt give any prescription. Just mention what medicines i have to take. My cousin is having medical shop i will take the medicines from there. FINALLY I DON'T REQUIRE ANY PRESCRIPTION JUST MENTION WHAT MEDICINES I HAVE TO TAKE AD FURTHER TREATMENT IHAVE TO TAKE FROM THIS PLATFORM ONLY.
