Brief Answer:
Please consult local physician

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appears that your wife is suffering with acute upper respiratory tract infection as evidenced by headache, nasal discharge and fever.

Although almost all medications used for URTI are safe to be used with escitalopram but it is important to avoid self medication. I often prescribe azithromycin 500 mg to be taken daily along with antihistamines such as cetrizine 5 mg once a day in such patients.

In case this does not help please make sure to visit local physician.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
