Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your query and youe attached reports.

The urine analises show that your sister has an urinary tract infection with the presence of wBC,RBS,many bacteria and hazy appearance.

The glucose is negative but ketones are 3+ that may be explaned with a long fasting period of time.

My advice for your sister is to increase her daily fluids intake(2-3 l)every day, especialy cranberry juice.
At the same time,i suggest to consult physically your local doctor for the right treatement and the follow up of her UTI problem.

Hope this is helpful.
Wish you all the best.
