Brief Answer:
This is probably seasonal allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. This is concerning for allergic rhinitis. I recommend Fluticasone nasal spray to be administered twice daily. If there are any recent changes to your products/Environment or having a new pet, you may want to review and make sure this is not the cause of your allergies.

It is unlikely that this represents a systemic infection at this time. Keep me updated with your response to above treatment. Failure may suggest you meet up with an allergy specialist for detailed testing and further guidance.

I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to follow up with me if need be.

Brief Answer:
Yes!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is a saline containing solution and can help moisturize and keep the nasal cavities clean and open. However, this alone will not make regress the nasal inflammation as a result of seasonal allergies. I will say give it a try and report results. If it helps, then we can stick to it otherwise you may want to try the Flonase I recommended earlier.

Feel free to follow up as need be.
