Hi,
It is an advanced stage of kidney disease probably chronic kidney disease (CKD).
However the prognosis will depend on the functional status of the kidneys which is nothing but RFT( renal function test).
Consult a nephrologist and get evaluated, if RFT is impaired, dialysis may be needed.
