Brief Answer:
A viral situation.

Detailed Answer:

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As you explain the history it seems like a common cold due to a viral situation.

Don't worry you are currently taking antibiotic and the bacterial infections are covered.

You should continue correctly the treatment and add a spray antiseptic for the throat.
You don't have to do anything else.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
