Brief Answer:
About high PSA level;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking!
There are some benign conditions that raise PSA level except of malignancy of prostate gland.
Usually a epydidimal cyst is not associated with high PSA level, but large cysts may be infected and the infection of epydidimus can raise the PSA.
Your treating physician will judge further after having into consideration your hystory, prostate volume, the PSA level and other examination to decide rather is a prostate gland pathology or the epydidimal cyst the cause of raised PSA.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
